bulletPrivate: The privacy of a vehicle exclusively for you and your party. No waiting on other passengers and Non-Stop service. Rate per vehicle. One 30 minutes free stop at one store on route to your destination is included upon advanced request.
 
bulletSharing Shuttle: Comfortable and inexpensive. Applicable only to hotels and resorts. Sharing a vehicle that may require a short wait for other passengers to hotels and resorts close to yours. Rate per person. Minimum 2 persons traveling together. If only 1 person traveling or split arrival or departure, surcharges may apply. Children under 3 years old are free if not in child's car seat; when car seat is used, full fare will apply.
 

Located at both terminals in Los Cabos airport, our operator will meet passengers at curbside upon arrival holding a sign with their names. Passengers must present the transportation voucher to the operator who will exchange it for a new voucher with the local contact numbers and the information for the return to the airport. After the greeting, passengers will be directed to the clean, air-conditioned vehicle that will take them to their destination. Service will be provided as previously requested, and described in the transportation voucher.

For departure, our operator will meet passengers at the hotel or resort at the time mentioned in the departure voucher (10 minutes leeway), and will take them to the airport with plenty of time for check in (please consider 2.5 to 3 hours before flight scheduled departing time). In the event of changes for departure (i.e., time or place) passengers MUST advise and confirm with local operator at least 48 hours in advance.

Advanced Reservations Required: Our service is only provided to those passengers with advance reservation. Due to government regulations, we require a minimum of 48 hours before arrival or departure to accommodate most individual transfer reservations; groups with as little as 5 working days before arrival. Vouchers are issued for each reservation and e-mailed or faxed the same day payment is received. Service will be provided ONLY with voucher on the date and to the number of passengers specified in the voucher. Therefore, passenger MUST present the corresponding voucher. No other document will be accepted for the service to be rendered.

Changes and Cancellations:
Individuals:
There is no fee for changes upon arrival or departure but a 72-hour advance notice is required to avoid possible surcharges.
Groups:
Changes must be made 3 working days before arrival or departure.
Cancellations:
Requests for refunds will only be reviewed when received in writing and accompanied by original voucher within 30 days of last day of service. Processing fees are non-refundable. No refunds for unused portions, no-shows or cancellations within 48 hours of arrival and/or departure. Refunds of paid reservations are subject to 9% processing fee.

Meeting & Greeting: Our courteous and licensed Operator’s staff meets all flights and greets passengers at curbside with their names on a hand held sign. Passengers must present the transportation voucher to the operator who will exchange it for a new voucher with the local contact numbers and all information for the return to the airport, before leading them to the clean, air conditioned vehicle that will take them to their destination. The sharing shuttle service waits only 30 minutes after the arrival time.

Vehicles: All units are insured, clean, air-conditioned and of recent model. Suburbans and vans are mostly used for individuals.
