To make your arrivals and departures as easy as possible, Baja Ground Services, Inc. offers NON-STOP transfers from your point of arrival to your destination and back to your point of departure.

bulletPrivate: Vehicle exclusively for you and your party. No waiting on other passengers.
Price per vehicle from $140.00 Round Trip.
 
bulletSharing (Semi-Private): Shared vehicle with other passengers to hotels and resorts.
Price per person from $26.25 Round Trip.
 

Located at both terminals in Los Cabos airport, our operator will meet you upon arrival at curbside holding a sign with your name. After the greeting, you will be directed to the clean, air-conditioned vehicle that will take you non-stop to your destination. Transportation will be provided as you previously requested, and described in you transportation voucher. At this time, our operator will hand you a voucher with pick up information for return (if you so requested).

For departure, our operator will meet you at your hotel or resort at the time set up at your arrival, 10 minutes leeway, and will take you to the airport with plenty of time for check in (please consider 2.5 to 3 hours before flight scheduled departing time).

Rates: Round trip rates start at only $26.25 per person to hotels in San Jose del Cabo, based on two adults traveling round trip together. Children under 12 years old traveling with adults are half price and free if under 2 years old or less and not in child's car seat. When car seat is used, full fare will apply. Rates are in US Dollars and may change at any time. Surcharges may apply. Processing fees are not refundable.

Advanced Reservations Required: Due to recent government regulations we now require a minimum of 48 hours before arrival or departure, to accommodate most individual transfer reservations; groups with as little as 5 working days before arrival. Vouchers are issued for each reservation, and will be mailed the same day payment is received (Faxed or e-mailed if payment is received within 5 days of arrival). Service will be provided ONLY to the number of passengers specified in the voucher. Therefore, passenger MUST present the corresponding voucher. No other document will be accepted for the service to be rendered. Be advised the services will be provided ONLY with voucher.

Changes and cancellations:
  Individuals: There is no fee for changes upon arrival or departure but a 72-hour advance notice is required to avoid possible surcharges.
Groups:
Changes must be made 3 working days before arrival or departure.
Cancellations:
Requests for refunds will only be reviewed when received in writing and accompanied by original voucher within 30 days of last day of service. Processing fees are nonrefundable. No refunds for unused portions, no-shows or cancellations within 48 hours of arrival and/or departure. Refunds of paid reservations are subject to 9% processing fee.

Meeting & Greeting services: Our courteous and licensed staff meets all flights & greet passengers at curbside with their names on a hand held sign and will lead them to the clean, air conditioned vehicle that will take them non-stop to their destination.

Departure: Pick up time for individual passengers from their hotel or resort will be set up upon arrival. Sharing service is subject to preset schedule. Please consider approximately 2.5 to 3 hours before scheduled departure flight. We ask for only 10 minutes leeway. Pick up time for groups is set up with group conductor.

Vehicles: All our vehicles: cars, suburbans, vans and coaches, are clean, air-conditioned units of recent model. Suburbans and vans are mostly used for individuals.

If finding the cheapest means of transportation is your main concern, maybe our service is not for you. Remember, you always get what you pay for. We specialize in quality not in quantity. Our NON-STOP service will allow you to spend more time on vacation, rather than “visiting” other properties. We take high pride in our services and emphasize that we do NOT sell, promote, offer or are related NEITHER are sponsored by, or participate with time-share or any other kind of programs or promotions. Our commitment is only to our customers and their transportation needs. We decline and do not assume any responsibility or claim if the customer willingly participates in these programs.
